Frequently asked questions
How do I know a part fits my vehicle?
Use the year/make/model fitment selector on the products page to filter to parts that fit your truck. Fitment data is provided by our vendors — if you're unsure, verify with the manufacturer or a professional installer before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders process in 1–3 business days and ship directly from the vendor's warehouse. Transit time depends on your location. Multi-brand orders may arrive in separate shipments. See our Shipping page for details.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We email a tracking number when each shipment ships, and you can look up your order anytime at liftnasium.com/orders/status with your order number and email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (processed securely by Stripe) and Affirm financing. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available where supported.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — Affirm lets you split eligible orders into monthly payments. You'll see the option at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days. Installed, used, and custom/special-order items aren't eligible. See our Returns page and email support@liftnasium.com to start a return.
Are these parts legal for street use?
Some performance and suspension parts are intended for off-road or competition use only and may not be legal on emission-controlled vehicles on public roads. Lift-height and equipment laws also vary by state. You're responsible for confirming a product is legal for your vehicle and location — see our Terms for details.
Why did my order ship in multiple boxes?
We drop-ship from multiple vendor warehouses. If your order includes items from different brands, each ships from its own warehouse with its own tracking, so parts may arrive on different days.
