Our return & refund policy

30-DAY RETURNS

Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original, resalable condition and packaging.

WHAT'S NOT RETURNABLE

  • Installed or used products
  • Custom, special-order, and made-to-order items
  • Items returned without prior authorization

COSTS & REFUNDS

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email support@liftnasium.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send return instructions and an RMA. Some items shipped by our vendor partners may be subject to the vendor's specific return terms, which we'll share before you ship anything back.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Most products carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects. If a part fails under warranty, contact us and we'll help coordinate a claim with the manufacturer. Warranty terms are set by each manufacturer.
