How your parts get to you
HOW WE SHIP
Liftnasium products ship directly from our manufacturer and distributor partners' warehouses across the United States. This drop-ship model gets parts to you straight from the source.
If your order contains items from more than one brand, they may ship in separate boxes from different warehouses, each with its own tracking number — so parts of an order can arrive on different days.
PROCESSING & TRANSIT
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Transit time then depends on the vendor's warehouse location and your destination. Large suspension and lift components often ship by LTL freight, which may require a delivery appointment.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address. You'll see the exact cost — and choose a rate where options are available — before you pay.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We email a tracking number as soon as each shipment leaves the warehouse. You can also look up your order anytime at liftnasium.com/orders/status with your order number and email.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Inspect your delivery on arrival. If something arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us at support@liftnasium.com within 5 days with photos so we can make it right.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or recover packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.
